This week I am working on gravity - reading lots of stuff on the Newton/Hooke debate (hard to avoid the conclusion that Newton was a bit of a bastard) and thinking about how to define place in space.
In 2003 I began work on a research project that has taken me to places that I never imagined: the cultural heritage of space exploration. Now I am determined to bring to light the secrets at the heart of the Space Age. | This site does not use AI/LLM tools to create articles or art. I do not support the use of AI.

As they say gravity is weak, try dark matter and energy instead.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Chimerastone! Sage advice. Since August I have moved to a dynamical systems/Langrangian sort of perspective. Any hints on how I would go about the dark matter stuff?
